MCP: Can't set port to more than 2 digits

Bug Description:
The ui.mcp.port setting in the UI will only support values up to 99. Here is what happens if you try to type 100 into the box:

Expected Behavior:
It should support values up to, presumably, 65535.

This can be worked around by editing the settings json directly.
⌘/ctrl+p Open Plugin Folder, navigate up a directory, settings.json
