Additional notes for reviewers

The plugin is read-only by default. It detects Xcode, Expo, React Native, and Flutter projects, produces evidence-linked findings with confidence levels, and can render a self-contained HTML report. Repository fixes are offered only after explicit developer approval. The v1.1.1 release adds a self-contained GitHub Copilot distribution at copilot-plugin while leaving the canonical SKILL.md and canonical references unchanged. Claude plugin validation and all 11 regression tests pass. Release: https://github.com/ElxMaj/app-store-review-skill/releases/tag/v1.1.1
