Update claim about openapi-generator?

Not really a bug, but the README claims that https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator is producing Python 2 code only, which apparently was dropped in August 2020 or so, see https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/projects/11#card-42637715. Maybe Python 3 was already supported even earlier.

I believe Python 2 support will be dropped with the 5.0 generator once released, but it's still in Beta. After that is released I'll play around with it and update my claims accordingly.

Will definitely leave this issue open until then to keep it in sight though, thanks!

5.0 is released! Now it's up to me (or someone) to try it out and see how it compares to our generator.

My guess is that:

1. We can remove the note about six / Python 2 support (as mentioned by @deeplook)
2. Note about strong typing still holds for us. I believe I saw something in their python-experimental about trying out mypy but it's still complete.
3. The main benefit to this generator will be that it's written in Python

Just merged to main, #499 removes the comparison to the OpenAPITools generator altogether so the currently out of date claims are gone and no other claims should go out of date in the future 😄

It's been a few years now, but seems like the relevant place to post this: maybe the Readme should mention something about openapitools/openapi-generator, as currently it's unclear whether the projects are related and how they compare.
