[x88-pro-x3] ethernet works only after software reboot

Describe the bug | 问题描述
Ethernet works only after reboot from cli, not working when fresh booted after first power plug in.
I've chcked most of distros - trixi, bookworm, noble with different kernels but happens the same.

以太网仅在通过命令行重启后才能工作，在首次接通电源全新启动时无法使用。我已经测试了大多数发行版，包括带有不同内核的 trixi、bookworm 和 noble，但问题依然存在。
