Qwen3.5-2B: Balanced 2B parameter model from the Qwen3.5 series for on-device inference

Qwen3.5 is the latest multilingual language model series from Alibaba Cloud with improved reasoning and instruction-following capabilities over Qwen3.

This is based on the implementation of Qwen3.5-2B found here. This repository contains scripts for optimized on-device export suitable to run on Qualcomm® devices. More details on model performance across various devices, can be found here.

Qualcomm AI Hub Models uses Qualcomm AI Hub Workbench to compile, profile, and evaluate this model. Sign up to run these models on a hosted Qualcomm® device.

Quick Start

Use our lightweight command-line interface to inspect and download Qwen3.5-2B:

pip install qai_hub_models_cli # (the CLI is also available with the qai-hub-models package)

# Inspect the model and list the available download options
qai-hub-models info Qwen3.5-2B

# Print performance and accuracy metrics
qai-hub-models perf Qwen3.5-2B
qai-hub-models numerics Qwen3.5-2B

# Download a ready-to-deploy asset
