Update to use better and leaner WiFi-Manager

• Switch to use ESP_WiFiManager_Lite library, which allows for multiple WiFi access points to be configured.
• Fix issue when WiFi RSSI shows 100%, when connection is lost. Now it will show -1 when that occurs.
• Use new PubSubClient v3.2.0

It doesn't work for me! The time is one hour back, and I get errors like:
Waiting for first weather report..., or

Please Configure Weather API

Weather Error: Please set location for weather.

even though it worked without issues with the previous firmware :(

Of course, I filled out both (OpenWeatherMap API Key & Geo Location), just like with v3.1.47! And it worked. Unfortunately, it doesn't work anymore. I've reset and rewritten the settings several times, to no avail.

EDIT ;
Geo Location Enter one of City-name,2-letter-country-code OR City-ID OR GPS Latitude,Longitude ( Search for Geo Location) doesn't work properly!

City-IDOR GPSLatitude,Longitude it does not work ! only City-name,2-letter-country-code work .

I have indeed found out that the GPS Latitude,Longitude are not accepted. I will prepare a fix for that.

But what City-ID is not accepted? or how "doesn't work properly" ??

Firstly, THANK YOU! I have 3 of these and was supremely bummed out when they all quit working a few days ago. Very clean solution here. Also managed to check off 2 buckets from my list: Arduino in VS Code and setting up MQTT which is pulling AQI statistics from my web site. Again, thanks so much!
