Use native S3 anonymous auth in trino-datalake benchmarks

Replaces the compiled S3AnonymousProvider shim in trino-datalake and trino-datalake-partitioned with Trino's native fs.s3.enabled / s3.auth-type=ANONYMOUS config, now that anonymous S3 access is supported upstream.
