IT Professional • End User Support • Windows Infrastructure • Linux Learner
Started by installing internet connections. Today I support enterprise users while continuously learning the technologies behind the infrastructure they rely on.
I'm an IT professional with nearly 15 years of hands-on experience, following a self-taught and apprentice-style learning journey.
My career started in the field, installing internet connections, pulling cables, configuring modems, and helping customers get online. Since then, I've worked in corporate IT across the Retail, Healthcare, and Insurance sectors.
Today, I work primarily in End User Support, supporting Windows-based enterprise environments and assisting with the day-to-day administration of technologies such as:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Windows Server
- Microsoft 365
- Endpoint Management
Most of my professional experience has been built around the Microsoft ecosystem.
Over the last year, I've been expanding my knowledge by learning Linux, Open Source Software (FOSS), and the fundamentals of Cloud, Automation, and DevOps through hands-on practice.
I don't claim to know everything.
I simply enjoy learning, experimenting, and understanding how things work beneath the surface.
One of the biggest challenges of working in End User Support is that you don't always get the opportunity to work with the infrastructure behind the scenes.
That's why I built my own homelab.
I'm building my personal homelab to gain practical experience with the technologies I'm currently learning. Alongside that, I'm gradually creating small projects and lab environments to reinforce what I learn outside of my daily work.
Over time, I hope to share more of that journey here on GitHub.

Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting with ideas that combine technology with my personal interests.
Many of these projects are built with the help of AI-assisted development ("vibe coding"), allowing me to focus on software architecture, workflows, APIs, and problem solving while continuing to improve my technical skills.

This isn't a showcase of expertise.
It's a place where I learn, experiment, build, break, rebuild, and (hopefully) improve a little every day.
Some repositories may be small.
Some may never be finished.
That's perfectly okay.
They represent where I am today—not where I hope people think I am.
