Why this project is interesting
AI Language Partner is an actively maintained, MIT-licensed TypeScript/React Native project for local-first Japanese speaking practice for Korean learners.
Its core Daily Talk flow uses pre-authored dialogue banks and local/open STT/TTS paths, so it does not require a runtime LLM API. The project also publishes browser-only first-contribution guides and 27 no-install tasks spanning documentation, language review, accessibility, content, and focused tests.
This PR adds the single project link in the requested TypeScript format.
