This is required to fix various firewall configuration issues, such as:
sysctl: cannot stat /proc/sys/net/bridge/bridge-nf-call-iptables: No such file or directory

From [1], Kolla added an httpd image. It is used by ironic, keystone and letsencrypt [2][3][4]. Added httpd to ``overcloud_container_image_regex_map`` to make it buildable. The httpd image will be included in an image build when ironic or keystone or letsencrypt are enabled.
